When a temporary inbox is released, its messages are removed and the address is checked again before a quarantine period. If safe cleanup cannot be confirmed, the problematic account is removed from the available pool.

The limit is designed for service stability rather than paid access. It reduces aggressive automation, repeated request bursts and abusive traffic while leaving enough room for ordinary temporary-email use.
